About Me

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Hu, and I am a freshman on the programming subteam. I joined the team because I was involved in robotics prior to Peddie and wanted to continue my involvement. During my middle school years, I participated in FIRST Lego League and attended the regional FLL competition. It was an amazing experience and I learned a lot during the preparation, as well as from the competition itself.

This is my first year on Peddie Robotics as a programmer. There are so many wonderful, experienced team members and coaches on the team and I have already learned so much from them. I really enjoy programming, and even though I am not an expert yet, I hope to improve my programming skills and coordinate with the build team members to program better robots. I feel very lucky to be a part of Peddie Robotics and work with team members on new technology.

Being a part of this tight-knit robotics community is a great opportunity. I am looking forward to learning, gaining experience, and contributing to this team. Outside of robotics, I love playing the violin and competing in sports. This year, I decided to try a new sport and joined Cross Country team. Ever since I started running, I have enjoyed it and will continue it in the future. During my free time, I like to watch movies.
